Description | For two years, part of Ford models can benefit from the App Link functionality. This rather clever system allows you to enjoy applications stored in the phone through a voice interface. Rather economic (it does not require high-end navigation system and is compatible with a small monochrome display board), App Link already works with applications like Spotify or Glympse. Ford will now include Meople Connector, an application for reading home what is happening on the social networks of the driver. The builder on the observation that social networks are used to communicate simple, everyday things, to wish a birthday or read news. This is one of the functions that the driver enjoys in his car. Meople Connector connects to Twitter or LinkedIn accounts. It allows to respond to messages with a simple voice command, via customized or predetermined messages. The driver can also send its location in real-time to their contacts while keeping his hands on the wheel. |
